We are the Jamestown Elementary Parent Teacher Association (PTA)!
As advocates for our children and believers in proactive parental involvement in our public schools, we work with the teachers, staff and administration of Jamestown on a daily basis to strive to make Jamestown Elementary School the best neighborhood school in Arlington, Virginia.

The PTA is comprised of seven officers and 50 plus committee chairs and coordinators. We have meetings throughout the year that are open to Jamestown families. Meetings are usually in the library, during the week, at 7:30 p.m. Meeting minutes are available online and a typical meeting will cover the Principal's Report, Fundraising Initiatives, the Treasurer's Report, Community Relations, and other topical subjects.
